CLARIFICATION INFORMATION REGARDING “PROCESSING AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA”

In accordance with the “Personal Data Protection Law” No. 6698, your personal data that you notify our Company within the scope of the services you have received from Kimteks Kimya Tekstil Ürünleri Tic A.Ş. or obtained by our Company through other channels may be processed by our Company in the capacity of “Data Controller” and within the purpose and framework explained below.

Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Your Personal Data: In addition to the requirements of the Commercial Code, Customs Law, Tax Procedure Law, Social Security Institution legislation and other legal regulations, your personal data; To be able to offer our Company’s products and services, to be able to communicate about the products and services you request/will request in this regard, and to be used in marketing activities if you have given permission in this regard, product/service offer, reporting, evaluation, risk monitoring, intelligence, our Company and our partners’ existing or new product studies and potential customer identification etc. It is processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Law No. 6698 in relation to the purposes.

Collection Method of Your Personal Data: Collection of personal data verbally, in writing or electronically through our headquarters.

Transfer of Your Personal Data: Your personal data will be transferred to the administrative and official authorities that are legally required to be transferred, the General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement agencies, our Company’s direct and indirect shareholders and business partners, our suppliers, the companies that carry out its activities in the capacity of intermediary / agency, to our company’s support in cases permitted by the legislation. Our Company may transfer it to domestic and international third parties from whom services are received, independent auditing companies, authorized lawyers/law offices, certified public accountants, and other third parties in accordance with the legislation within the framework of carrying out our commercial activities.

Your Rights According to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law: Within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law; Learning whether your personal data has been processed or not, Requesting information if your personal data has been processed, Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, Knowing the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically / abroad, Requesting correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely / incorrectly, Article 7 of the KVKK Requesting the deletion/destruction or anonymization of your personal data, requesting that the correction or deletion/destruction/anonymization of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, in case of a result against you due to your personal data being analyzed exclusively by automatic systems. You have the right to object and request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
