It is carried out as needed, in order to evaluate in current open positions people who have a vision that will integrate the Human Resources needs with the company’s corporate culture, success and innovation values, and corporate goals.
Our recruitment process begins with the evaluation of applications submitted to human resources.
All incoming candidates are evaluated under equal conditions and a preliminary selection is made among the resumes. All incoming applications are always evaluated and stored in the CV database.
Our candidates who are invited for an interview are subjected to competency-based or behavior-oriented interviews, depending on the position. Interviews are supported, when necessary, by English, personal and professional aptitude tests. Candidates who are not evaluated positively during this process are given feedback via e-mail.
